Our approach differs to standard apprenticeships in 4 main ways: * Up-front training course in the basics of sales / customer service meaning apprentices are job-ready when they reach the floor. This can be tailored to your specific requirements and can run from 2-6 weeks * Rigorous, attitudinal-based, recruitment to select applicants that will thrive in these roles * We teach psychological elements such as self-confidence and resilience so apprentices are more likely to stay when the going gets tough * We can coach apprentices monthly if needed to increase retention levels
