The Honda Institute is the Training and Development division of Honda Motor Europe. The Honda Institute offers a number of services to the Dealership Networks, including technical training, commercial training and the Honda Apprenticeship Programme. Raytheon Professional Services (RPS) has provided training provider services and consultancy programmes to Honda Motor Europe since 2015\. In August 2015, these services expanded to include the management and delivery of the Honda Apprenticeship Programme. The Honda Apprenticeship Programme and its staff were transferred from the previous training provider and the programme continues to be delivered in its previous format.
