Active Learning and Development Ltd is based in Worcestershire, and designs & delivers management qualifications across the UK.

We will specialise in providing management apprenticeships that are tailored to meet the needs of the employer and the apprentice

We are an accredited awarding centre for ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) and have delivered tailored ILM qualifications in the UK for over 15 years to a wide variety of employers

From 2017 we will deliver management apprenticeships across the UK to organisations paying the Levy

All of our trainers are qualified and experienced specialists (ILM approved) and ensure that apprentices enjoy a positive learning experience that improves their management performance at work
