LEAD Ltd is a private training provider based in Hagley (West Midlands), with many years' experience in the delivery of the Improving Operational Performance apprenticeship within all national UK regions.
Our team of Coaches (trainers) are all professionals recruited from industry, experienced in the wide and varied range of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
We offer employers within the public service, airlines, food manufacturing and hospitality sectors a bespoke apprenticeship service and delivery programme, specialising in the delivery of the Improving Operational Performance apprenticeship within engineering and manufacturing sectors.
