Training provider overview

The Uganda Community Relief Association (UCRA) formed in 1984 is a non-profit organisation & registered charity specialising in apprentice recruitment and selection, apprenticeship training, specialist education, consultancy & research with an emphasis on the numeracy/literacy/ESOL needs of adults and young people in ethnic minority communities.

UCRA designs & delivers a range of apprenticeship programmes in Customer Service, Management, Adult Care, Childcare & Rail Engineering sectors. Supported by wider specialist courses that facilitate participants becoming more effective in their employment through developing industry knowledge, update best practice and supports the development of language skills, soft skills, & more self-confidence.
