Alan Hester Associates provides practical, participative training with the crucial benefit of providing accredited qualifications that help delegates and their organisations get the recognition they deserve. Our management training is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and the Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC). We offer a range of apprenticeships, stand alone management qualifications, bespoke courses and single subject workshops making us a flexible and responsive partner for organisations and individuals.
