Training provider overview

The East of England Ambulance Service provide 24/7 emergency and non emergency care to the East of England region. we cover 6 counties, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk which covers 7,500 sqms.

The Trust employs over 4000 staff supported by over 1000 volunteers all working together to provide care to the 5.8 million people within the region.

The Trust has 5 training centres. Four are clinical training centres and one driving school. The centre's have permanent training staff and deliver core training to new front line staff. This ranges from our Level 2 Ambulance Care Assistant's, Level 3 Intermediate Ambulance Practitioners, Level 4 Associate Ambulance Practitioners through to Student Paramedics.
