Training provider overview
Established in 2011 with training commencing in 2013 Real Skills Training Ltd is a small specialist training provider delivering courses for the rail industry and received its first publicly funded contract for adult education in November 2017, to deliver to unemployed adults with skills gaps who can be taught occupational skills in the railway industry. young people and adults with skills in other industries that will compliment the rail infrastructure such as, construction and electrical competence and want to change career. Prior to this, the company operated as a subcontractor with five providers delivering education and training to young people and adults, 16+ for a future in the Railway Engineering infrastructure.
