INFRA Skills' aim is to ensure anyone who wants to work on or within the Railway sector has a fair opportunity to start or progress their career on the Railway. Our ambition is to provide a high quality and professional service for all our stakeholders and provide businesses with a highly skilled workforce, allowing them to boost productivity and staff retention.
This ambition is underpinned by our desire to ensure each apprentice who graduates through us prioritises safety and are innovative, adaptive and reliable. We will achieve this by integrating these values into everything that we do in the hope that we can inspire the next generation of industry leaders.
