Training provider overview
We have over 20 years' experience in designing, delivering and evaluating leadership and management development programmes. We have developed leadership strategies, internal culture initiatives and facilitated change programmes within the innovative and manufacturing private sector, across into the public sector with local councils, NHS and emergency services.
We have held accredited centre status for over 15 years with a variety of awarding bodies including the CMI, ILM, Edexcel and Open College Network. As a result, we have considerable experience (and independent recognition) of working with competency frameworks, learning outcomes and blending these with behaviour improvements through practical learning methods. We currently deliver accredited leadership programmes from Level 2 through to 7 including the Award, Certificate and Diploma.
