Training provider overview
ETI specialises in Team Leading/ Supervisory and Management training/apprenticeships
We believe in two principles:
1/ successful organisations grow their own leaders
This requires a healthy talent pool, robust training and a culture that promotes from within.
Team Leaders are the first level of management. They carry out every-day operative duties and stand in when the supervisor is away.
Without Team Leader development the flow of talent is jeopardised.
2/ any training must be evaluated
All activity costs and training/development is no exception. The organisation decides which metrics to use. We recommend Kirkpatrick's 4 level model including, if possible, ROI.
